From the beginning
Christian Community was started more than 25 years ago in Springfield, MO as an outreach to those who hadn't yet found a community of their own. We have intentionally focused on community participation, humble heartfelt worship, and practical care for one another.
Where we are now
Christian Community has remained intentionally homeless, owning no property and instead funneling our resources into local and global missions. All of our ministers are volunteer, encouraging each of us to be ministers of Christ where we are with those we meet.
